I think Sriracha guys should officially make me their brand ambassador for using sriracha in so many of my recipes. We are spice lovers. Period. According to clinical research, higher body temperatures boosts your metabolic rate and eating spicy foods makes your body temperature rise. Remember wiping that sweat off your forehead when you accidentally bit on a piece of jalapeño. And how long can you eat that bland salad??!! We all know that Kale is the king of superfoods and has a million health benefits. But, Kale is also difficult to consume if not prepared in a way that can please our taste buds. So, with my usual habit of adding weird ingredients to regular foods in an attempt to create something new, I came up with Sriracha Kale chips.
